Leadership & Governance
The New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents (NJSEA) is led by a dedicated team of four Officers, six Directors, and the Immediate Past President. We are here to serve you—our valued members. If you have a question or suggestion, we encourage you to reach out. Every inquiry will receive a response, and all suggestions will be thoughtfully considered.
Transparency & Accountability
NJSEA is committed to operating a sound, ethical, and transparent organization. We invite all members to review our Policies and Procedures, available via the link on this page. These policies go above and beyond IRS requirements to ensure our organization is held to the highest standards of conduct and compliance.
Government Relations:
Our Government relations committee is working year around with our partners at the Internal Revenue Service, and the NJ Department of Taxation. The committee also works with our elected officials in Congress and NJ Legislature.
Internal Operations
Internally, NJSEA focuses on several key business areas to ensure full compliance and strong organizational health. We are continually working behind the scenes to uphold the integrity, professionalism, and mission of our association.
NJSEA is a membership driver organization that thrives by the hard dedicated work of our members. We are asking for your involvement with making NSJEA a better organization.
Our Government Relations Committee is chaired by Joann Weiner. The committee is focused on working with our stakeholders to ensure that our members have a voice to bringing resolution to various income tax matters.
As a taxpayer we realize that you may just need direction to resolve your matters. Please see a list of some available resources;
